Another visit today for a first class cut/colour/blowdry with Sarah - super results with care taken to give the perfect finish you want - each trip the same - never rushed and so so well looked after (thanks for all the tea Laura!)you are both stars! The salon actually brings the pleasure back into having your hairdo - as you get what you wanted. Super team and lovely relaxed atmosphere with nothing too much trouble. One of the best salons I have ever used - Truly professional staff - you receive the hairdo you want with care and attention to detail. It is a lovely environment where you do not feel rushed - care is given during consultation and hair cut/colour/blow dry.... also the refreshments are plentiful and offered willingly!

The team at The Retreat are great - very friendly and professional. Get my haircut by Caole - and she is the best hairdresser I have been too (I have very annoying thick red hair!) Also had some beauty treatments with Sandi and can reccommend the body exfoliation - my skin has never felt so soft.

I just wanted to leave a small comment to say a massive THANK YOU to Sandi. After a few rather dubious waxing appointments elsewhere I decided to try The Retreat. After explaining the problems i had had with other beauticians Sandi made me feel very comfortable - she was extremely knowledgeable & her advise has proved faultless. I am pleased to say that I have at last found a beautician who I feel I can rely on & with regards to the Elemis product (SOS Cream) Sandi suggested I try - well I cannot recommend it enough, worth every penny.

I've now visited the salon twice, and had a great experience on both occasions. First visit, for a cut and blow dry with Carol - excellent - sums it up! Second visit, to take advantage of one of the beauty offers - a massage, facial and then nails. Husband got the "one free" bit of the deal - both of us were very happy with the professional, friendly service we both got. This will now be my regular hairdresser and beauty salon. Very, very happy I found them!

Very friendly, approachable and professional staff in a clean, refreshing environment. Breathed new life into tired hair! Would happily return!
